Power Flushing
Prices from £300.00 for up to 10 radiators
Powerflushing is an effective way to remove debris and sludge built up in your heating system therefore reducing your heating bills and prolonging the life of your boiler. Whilst powerflushing your heating system we recommend you fit a magnet filter to your pipework if one isn't already fitted to prevent any further damage to your boiler's heat exchanger and also to fit a new pump once the powerflush has been completed so your system is working to it's full capacity.

Servicing your gas appliances is very important to ensure they are working correctly and to their full capacity. Whilst it is not yet a legal requirement to get your gas appliances serviced, most boiler manufacturers will not honour their warranty if your boiler hasn't been serviced annually.
Whether your a landlord, home owner or selling your property we can provide you with a gas safety certificate.
24 Hour Call Out
£60.00 call out for the first hour, if we cannot fix the problem within the first hour we will give you a fixed cost for the repair.
Here at ACV Plumbing & Heating we provide a 24 hour emergency call out service. Whether your boiler has stopped working or you have a leak we will get to you as soon as possible to get everything back up and running again.
Underfloor Heating
Wet systems
There are lots of different systems for wet underfloor heating dependant on the make up of your sub floor construction and whether you are having a liquid screed or cement screed on top of the underfloor heating pipes.
We will come and survey your property and talk through everything you would like and need to complete your underfloor heating project. We then use a company called NuHeat to design everything and we will provide you with a definitive cost for your underfloor heating project.
